职位概况
负责平台各类运营项目的规划、拆解与落地，推动跨团队协作，提升运营指标表现。
主要职责
- 制定并执行运营项目计划，跟进进度，协调产品、技术、设计等团队按时完成节点。
- 跟踪项目指标（曝光、转化、流水等），输出数据报告并提出优化策略。
- 组织项目会议，撰写运营公告、活动规则等双语文案，完成中英文翻译工作。
- 梳理运营流程，推动规范化，提高执行效率，关注用户反馈提供改进建议。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备优秀的中英双语听说读写能力，懂葡萄牙语者优先。
- 1–3 年运营或项目类工作经验，熟悉直播、电商、互联网或游戏行业。
- 熟悉运营指标体系，能独立分析数据并提出策略。
- 具备良好沟通协作、执行力和抗压能力，能够同时推进多条项目线，年龄35岁以下。
必备技能
- 中英文双语写作与翻译能力
